DeClAir technology
A key feature of the DeClAir technology is the environmentally friendly disinfection of air and surfaces in a room in the presence of people, which does not require rinsing and ventilation. The disinfection technology uses the environmentally friendly SECOBREN product.
The entire room can be filled with an active agent using aerosol or fumigation by means of the DeClAir technology, due to which the air in the room, including the air inhaled by people, is sterilized almost instantly. At the same time indoor surfaces that are disinfected are also sterilized.
DeClAir air sterilization technology advantageously stands out against ultraviolet purification systems and other ones, which carry out only partial purification and don’t allow treatment in the presence of people in premises and transport.
In addition to its active virucidal effect, the DeClAir technology will help get rid of unpleasant odors in rooms, including odors of animals (cats, dogs, rodents, birds, fish), humidify and purify the air in case of allergies, neutralize the smell of tobacco and get rid of fungi and mold on surfaces and in most inaccessible places.
The method of air disinfection depends on the area of the room and the needs, that means it can be aerosol or gas-phase based.
What is “SEKOBREN”
SEKOBREN is a highly effective, universal, disinfectant and antiseptic agent developed by Ukrainian scientists. Meeting all European quality standards and containing a safe composition and physicochemical properties SECOBREN is a product of electrolysis in special electrochemical installations of inorganic salt solutions prepared from pharmaceutical grade raw materials. Namely, SECOBREN® is a highly pure aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite.
When released into the air or on a surface or on skin SECOBREN® quickly destroys pathogens including multi-resistant strains of viral diseases (SARS-Cov-2, HIV, mumps, poliomyelitis, hepatitis B and C, measles, etc.), fungal spores, allergens and pathogens, unpleasant odors.
Having neutralized the pathogen, SECOBREN quickly decomposes with the formation of absolutely safe products (the main ones are ordinary kitchen salt and water), without accumulating in the environment.
Research of means and technology were carried out on the basis of four specialized institutes at the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, as well as two Universities. The results of our work are confirmed by the scientific works of domestic and foreign specialists.
SECOBRENE contains an active substance that is constantly present in the human body and is one of the main mechanisms of our body’s reaction to inflammation of any kind. Thus, the active ingredient is not xenobiotic, dit oes not cause allergic reactions and cannot lead to negative effects on the human body. Numerous scientific publications prove that SECOBREN is absolutely harmless, does not have a carcinogenic effect, does not accumulate in the body, does not possess teratogenic and mutagenic activity.
The drug is used as a disinfectant for treating almost any surface, as an antiseptic, as a preparation for aerosol or fumigation of air, has a wound healing and anti-inflammatory effect.

Disinfection in the presence of people
There are no risks for human health when disinfection measures are conducted with SECOBREN. Practical clinical studies have shown the safety of the product for people, including newborns and those at risk.
When a person who is a carrier of pathogenic microorganisms is inside the premises, the risk of transmission is significantly reduced. On average, to reduce the concentration of microorganisms in the air of a 100 square meters room ten times it only takes 30 minutes. At the same time, the absence of toxic effects makes it possible to process air in rooms of any type in the presence of people. These are medical institutions, restaurants, office premises, public transport, and so on.
A weakly pronounced aroma “like in a pool” arises at the moment of interaction of the agent with pathogens and quickly disappears.
General operating principle
The active agents of SECOBREN are sodium hypochlorite NaClO, hypochlorous acid HClO and other highly reactive forms of active oxygen. They have high antimicrobial, virucidal and microbicidal effects.
The drug destroys the cell wall of bacteria, impacts the organelles of the virus and has an effective anti-pathogenic effect. It is not causing addiction to the components of the drug. SECOBREN is recommended for regular disinfection of air, rooms and all objects (from door handles to hospitals and airports).
Safety
The effectiveness and safety of the drug in its practical application has been proven by studies of a number of specialized scientific organizations.
Absence of inhalation toxicity – Institute of Experimental Toxicology and Biomedical Research, State Enterprise “Scientific Center for Preventive Toxicology, Food and Chemical Safety named after Academician L.I. Bear of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Kiev).
The study was conducted in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice principles as published by OECD number 1 [ENV / MC / CHEM (98) 17], Directive 2004/10 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council оf 11 February 2004 (GLP Certificate “Statement of GLP compliance No. G-042” issued by SNAS 03/09/2015) and recommendations of OECD 403 (OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals “Acute Inhalation Toxicity”).
Absence of toxicity after intragastric administration, skin irritation, local irritation, allergenic properties, embryotoxicity, teratogenicity in acute and chronic experiments.
